FieldProof is not a staffing agency, and we don't sell lead lists. We call each applicant and check the things that usually blow up an interview before it happens: are they eligible to work, can they get to the site, do they have real experience, and can they start when you need them.
The problem
Wanting the job isn't being ready for it.
Plenty of applicants say they want into the trades and then don't pick up the phone, can't get to the site, or expect journeyman pay on day one. We sort the ones who are actually ready from the ones who just filled out a form.
