Champions of Hope

One name. Two things.

We run benefit music shows for local artists and causes in Vancouver. We also run FieldProof, the licensed trades-hiring arm those shows built. Pick the door that is yours.

FieldProof / Trades hiring

Hiring or working the trades.

Verified trades hiring across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

Champions of Hope / Live music

Shows, artists and causes.

Live music, local artists, and money raised for local causes.

Built with real partners

Sponsors backed the shows. Local causes received the support.

Champions of Hope has already worked in the real world — with sponsors, trades organizations, community groups, and local nonprofits. That proof is what FieldProof is being built on.

Logos represent past Champions of Hope show sponsors and causes supported through event fundraising. This section is included as credibility context, not as a claim that every organization is currently involved in FieldProof.

FieldProof, in plain terms

The trades arm of Champions of Hope.

FieldProof is a licensed BC employment agency. We verify ticketed journeymen and place them with open-shop contractors across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. The full detail lives on the FieldProof page. What is on this page is only what has to be true everywhere.

What FieldProof is not

  • We do not guarantee a job, a placement, an interview, union intake, school admission, or apprenticeship sponsorship.
  • We are not a temp agency and not a raw lead list. Placements are direct-hire.
  • We do not replace your internal hiring team.
  • A tradesperson never pays, at any stage.
  • We recruit Canadian citizens and permanent residents only. This is a condition of our employment agency licence.

From the shows

Real feedback from artists, vendors, and people in the room.

Champions of Hope started with Vancouver shows built around local music, art, community causes, and people actually showing up.

25% of ticket sales are donated to the selected cause. The remaining ticket revenue helps cover fixed artist guarantees and event costs.

Artist feedback

I cannot remember a charity event we have done that is as good as COH... the homegrown non-corporate nature of it makes the shows feel we are actually making a difference, like our contribution actually matters.

Beni, Sleepy Gonzales

Artist feedback

Awesome night! The CoH team are contributing a valuable space to the local scene and are great to work with.

Luke Bidulka, guitarist for Witiko

Artist feedback

Communication was easy and everything seemed really well organized. Can totally tell it’s a passion project. You all really went above and beyond.

Josh McKenna

Artist feedback

The experience was amazing! Incredible seeing all the people who live for music and art and want to help support fellow artists and vancouverites.

Cason Lof, drummer for Caught Feelings

Audience feedback

I had so much fun, the music was incredible and the event supported a great cause. The crowd was hyped and happy! What else can you ask for?

Artist feedback

Everybody involved was friendly and passionate. Promotion on C.O.H’s end made the show feel professional and I really enjoyed working with Jimmy, C.O.H, and The Mezzanine.

Silas, bass player for Transient

Artist feedback

Everything about the event from the promotion and the actual evening went really well. Incredibly glad to have been included and would do it all again in a heartbeat!

Brooks, The Lily Dippers

Artist vendor feedback

The atmosphere was so positive, and the team was super helpful and organized. Overall, it was a fantastic event, and I’d love to join again!

Support the next show

Sponsor a future Champions of Hope show.

Your sponsorship covers the fixed costs of the night, so the artists still get paid and the charity still gets its cut. You put your name on a room full of people who showed up for a local cause.

Events and community

The shows still matter.

We are still doing shows. We are still supporting local artists, volunteers, sponsors, and causes. For show updates, flyers, and community posts, check our Instagram.
